Endorse: to express support or approval of publicly and definitely

Thank you to those who are publicly supporting my campaign for Bedford County School Board, both locally, and across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

  • Congressman Bob Good

“It is my privilege to endorse my friend Chris Daniels for Bedford School Board. Chris has been in the trenches fighting for the best for Bedford's children, and for the authority of parents in their children's education.

He will focus on academic excellence and oppose political agendas and policies that are contrary to the values of Bedford County. Please vote for Chris Daniels on November 8!”

    -Bob Good, Congressman

See My Facebook Post where Congressman Good and I attended the same school board meeting. He strongly encouraged the BCPS School Board to remove the mask mandate and give parents and their children the choice. It was then that I realized the battle we had ahead of us and had the strong desire to help in any way I can.

  • Congressman Morgan Griffith

“I am proud to stand with and endorse Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board in District 7.

In my years of elected politics, I have never seen a movement of conservatives like what I see happening today. Chris Daniels has been a leader in this movement. From the sweeping victory of conservatives to BCPS School Board in 2021 to championing policy reform from his appointment to the board in March 2022, Chris has shown he is a man of action.

Words are cheap. Many people say lots of things. You can trust Chris to get the job done. Help us keep the momentum of the parents rolling. Now is the time to stay on the offense for our founding values.”

Vote for Chris Daniels, early or on Nov 8.

-Congressman Morgan Griffith, Virginia’s 9th District

  • Delegate Wendell Walker

“As a Delegate in Bedford County, I am proud to offer my endorsement for Chris Daniels for School Board.

The battle for the future of our Commonwealth is being fought right now in our classrooms and at School Board meetings. In his time on the School Board, Chris has distinguished himself as the leader that Bedford County needs for District 7. As a husband and father to children currently enrolled in Bedford County Schools, Chris is uniquely positioned to understand the issues that affect our community. I know that Chris will continue to fight for what is best for Bedford County families and teachers.

I hope you will join me in supporting Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board.”

-Wendell Walker, VA House of Delegates

  • Delegate Kathy Byron

Chris Daniels is a strong voice for parental involvement and for a curriculum that teaches the fundamentals – not a political agenda. On the School Board, we can count on Chris to stand up for the rights of parents and to bring our schools back to standards based on academic achievement, not woke ideology.

A father with four kids in Bedford County Public Schools, Chris has the right perspective to address learning loss and restore strong academic standards in our schools. I strongly support Chris Daniels for School Board in District 7.

-Kathy Byron - VA House of Delegates

  • Bedford County GOP

BEDFORD COUNTY REPUBLICAN COMMITTEE ENDORSES CHRIS DANIELS FOR BEDFORD COUNTY SCHOOLBOARD!

Bedford, Virginia – On August 25th, the Bedford County Republican Committee agreed on a major school endorsement for School Board District 7. The Committee met for it’s quarterly meeting and the endorsed votes were conducted by secret ballots. After establishing a quorum, and hearing from incumbent Chris Daniels, as well as challenger Cheri Whitehurst, the Committee voted overwhelmingly, 64-7, to endorse Chris Daniels as the Republican nominee for School Board.

Following the meeting, Bedford Republican Chairman, Tim Griffin, stated, “Chris has served as a consistent, parents-first, conservative leader since his appointment to our School Board earlier this year. During 2020-21, Bedford parents were adamant that our School Board was not listening to us. In response, our County Republican Committee joined parents to take back our School Board in 2021 to ensure that parents and students were coming first, and that the Board’s values reflected the region’s values. Chris has been a natural extension of our fight to prioritize student health, well-being, and learning above all else. Chris has led to pass a parental rights, as well as a teacher’s rights resolution, dedicated his monthly salary back to school programs in need, and helped push a parental notification when children check out library books. Chris stands with parents, students, and we stand with him.”

  • Moms for Liberty

After conducting surveys with the candidates for the District 7 appointment in February 2022, our chapter voted to endorse Chris Daniels.

We are honored to endorse his race this November for the seat he currently holds as the District 7 representative. Chris’s activism in fighting for parental rights in education began when Moms for Liberty’s Bedford County chapter was forming last August. He stood shoulder to shoulder with us outside school board meetings and events supporting parents.

He did so long before the notion of becoming a member of the school board himself; he was a dad fighting for the rights of his children and ours. We look forward to his continued work for our county parents, students, teachers and friends.

  • 1776 Project Pac

1776 Project Pac - Promoting Patriotism and Pride in American History

We are a political action committee dedicated to electing school board members nationwide who want to reform our public education system by promoting patriotism and pride in American history. We are committed to abolishing critical race theory and ‘The 1619 Project’ from the public school curriculum.

We are doing one school board race in Virginia this cycle.

Vote for Chris Daniels of Bedford County on November 8.

  • Middle Resolution

The Middle Resolution PAC is pleased to endorse Chris Daniels for the Bedford County School Board, District 7 seat in the upcoming special election on November 8, 2022. During Chris’ short tenure on the Board as an appointed member, he has shown resolve in making sure that Bedford students, parents and teachers are his priority. His belief that our public schools should be focused on core subject matter, fiscal responsibility, academic excellence and parental rights aligns with what the Middle Resolution believes is invaluable in restoring trust in our public school institutions. Chris is running a strong grassroots campaign and is making a compelling case to the parents, grandparents and community stakeholders in Bedford to support him at the polls in November.

  • Senator Mark Peake

“As a local Virginia Senator, I am aware of the strength needed to stand for our founding principles.  I have had the pleasure of getting to know and work beside Chris Daniels when students, parents and teachers needed him most.

If we wish to protect this great Commonwealth and more importantly Bedford County, education is the key.  Chris has flawlessly served since being appointed to the board earlier this year.  While serving as the incumbent on the school board Chris has placed policy and action behind his commitment to improving Bedford County Public Schools.  Chris has championed and voted on real teacher improvements, teacher and staff pay increases, parental rights, and improved budgetary processes.

It is great to see a young vibrant father active in his community, dedicated to the success of all students while focusing on improving the workplace at Bedford County Schools.  We are fortunate to have a bold, influential leader step up for service and produce so many victories in such a short period of time. Chris is grounded and will ensure our focus will remain on education and career placement, not social distractions.

After watching his victories unfold we shouldn’t jeopardize our momentum and future victories by changing leadership when we have a candidate that has done everything we could ask.  For me the choice is clear, Chris is the Best man for the job.

Vote early, or on November 8. But make sure you get out and vote for Chris Daniels!”

-State Senator Mark Peake, Servant of the 22nd District.

  • Charla Bansley

“Our country is at a turning point. Will we stand with parents and their desire for educational excellence for their children or support political agendas intent on using our children to advance radical ideologies.

This crossroads is seen in the outpouring of interest in the special election for Bedford County School Board seat in District 7. Both candidates came to the Bedford Republican unit seeking our endorsement. Both are skilled and competent for the task. However, we live in difficult days.

Defending parental rights and advancing educational excellence takes courage, purpose, commitment, and fierce compassion.

Working with Chris Daniels this year, I have witnessed his courageous stand against radical extremists. Chris has been intentional to defend freedom and purposeful about responsibly spending tax-payer money. Chris has shown a commitment to educational excellence and compassion towards students, parents, and teachers.

For these reasons, I stand with the Bedford Republicans and endorse Chris Daniels as the best candidate for the District 7 School Board Seat.”

-Charla Bansley, Representing District 3, Bedford County Board of Supervisors

  • John Sharp

“In the Fall of 2021, Bedford County made history. Collectively, Bedford County made national news in that we delivered more net Republican votes for our statewide ticket than any other locality in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and we elected two Republican unit endorsed write-in candidates to the School Board.

Last year’s election in Bedford County was something to be proud of, but we can’t rest on last year’s results.  Unfortunately, it takes vigilance to preserve freedom.  It wasn’t that long ago, that Bedford County’s children were being taught blind compliance with mask mandates from a dictatorial Governor.

It wasn’t that long ago that our Bedford County School Board was telling our seniors that they couldn’t play sports for their senior year.  It was during that time that we learned who was willing to stand up for parents, students, and teachers’ freedom.  Can we so quickly get so comfortable that we are willing to take a chance to lose the ground that we’ve gained?

Chris Daniels was one of the parents that lead the fight to challenge the School Board when Bedford County students were having their childhoods destroyed.   He spoke out, donated, and worked tirelessly to help elect those two write-in candidates that gave us the first conservative majority on the School Board during my 17-year tenure on the Board of Supervisors.  Chris also found himself appointed to the District 7 School Board seat at the beginning of this year when a vacancy occurred.  As the appointed representative, he has had the opportunity to serve as your School Board representative this year.  He now has a record of not only standing up for accountability and freedom as a parent, but also as a School Board representative.

It’s a tenuous conservative majority that Bedford County has enjoyed on the School Board for just a few short months. The fight has just begun to bring back common sense curriculum and policies to Bedford County schools.  It’s vital to our community’s future that our school system is teaching the majority of our children Bedford County values, not Washington and Richmond values. The same battle lines with nearly the exact same supporters are on opposites sides again.

The two remaining School Board members that supported all of the mandates and didn’t allow some of our seniors to enjoy their final season of play to get to showcase their talents in pursuit of potential scholarships are supporting Chris Daniel’s opponent.  The people that supported the opponents of freedom are now supporting Chris Daniels’ opponent.  They know their hope to regain the majority resides in his opponent.   I personally like his opponent and I think there are many others that do as well, but liking someone is never a good reason to change course when we are moving in the right direction.  WE CANNOT TAKE THE CHANCE TO GO BACK.

Please don’t give up hard fought ground that was recently won.  There is absolutely no reason to gamble with our new conservative majority.  Keep Bedford County headed in right direction.  If you believe as I do, that accountability, freedom, academic excellence, and Bedford County values are worth fighting for, then please vote for the candidate that we KNOW will fight for you, Chris Daniels.”

-John Sharp, Representing District 4, Bedford County Board of Supervisors

  • Steve Arrington

“It is my honor and privilege to endorse Chris Daniels as a member of the Bedford County School Board. In the short time period that Chris has served, he has shown himself to be a conservative, fiscally restrained businessman with leadership skills that prove he not only cares deeply about quality education, but he is also very concerned about the costs associated with education and those who pay for it in these very difficult economic times.

I am a former Bedford County Board of Supervisor member who has served 3 terms and share these same concerns.

In Bedford County, there are currently 59 budgeted departments. In addition to this, the county has separate funds for vehicle replacement, Capital Improvement Plan, the County Nursing Home and Solid Waste Department.

The county real estate tax is the largest single source of income. The tax rate is currently $.50. If only real estate tax revenues are used to fund schools, then approximately $.41 of the $.50 tax rate goes to fund schools (1 penny is approximately $932,000.00. So, $38, 393,028/$932,000 is 41.2 pennies). This equals 82.4% of real estate tax revenues in one of the 59 cost centers. However, if we assume that all discretionary revenues (i.e. General Property Taxes and other local taxes) are used to fund schools, then approximately 43% of discretionary revenues will be transferred to the schools in Fiscal Year 2023.

It is incumbent upon us, as taxpayers, that we elect conservative, business minded leaders to all public offices who will stand strong on principle and conservative values.

    Chris Daniels is that leader.”

Steve Arrington, Former Board of Supervisor

  • Sheriff Mike Brown - Retired

“As the former Sheriff of Bedford County, and a retired federal agent, who has fought for the past two decades against the sexual predators that target our children thru the Internet and its social media platforms, I want to endorse Chris Daniels for the Bedford County School Board, District 7... emphatically and proudly!

Governor Youngkin, in part, credits his win by his support of a Fairfax County mother's free speech that was silenced in a school board meeting when she made a plea to the school board to reconsider a book titled “Gender Queer”. The Governor also supported parental input regarding what was being taught in our school systems, as Chris Daniels will do! Chris Daniels will be our own Governor Youngkin!

I was the administrator of the Congressionally funded Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force operating out of the Bedford County Sheriffs Office for 21 years.  I echo FBI statements that estimates 500,000 online predators/traffickers active each day, that children between the ages of 12 and 16 are especially vulnerable to being groomed or manipulated by adults they meet online. 50 percent of the victims of online sexual exploitation are between the ages of 12 and 16; an estimated 89 percent of sexual advances directed at children occur in Internet chatrooms, social media platforms or through instant messaging.

DON'T YOU THINK WE NEED SOMEONE ON OUR SCHOOL BOARD LOOKING OUT FOR OUR CHILDREN?

Chris Daniels is the person for the job!

Please join me in supporting Chris Daniels!”

    Sheriff Mike Brown, Ret.

  • Personal Endorsement - Marcus Hill

“Hello Bedford County! If you have talked with me recently, you know I am excited to talk to you about and endorse Chris Daniels - Bedford County School Board District 7 Representative.

Chris and I have worked closely together to support our learners, teachers, and staff. We are currently paired together on the Inter-Governmental Affairs (IGA) committee. Through our partnership and others on the board, we have been able to accomplish several wins for our community in the past months that include but are not limited to: a larger venue for board meetings, extended comment time for public comments, parental choice in masking, employee choice in masking, allowing parents to celebrate with their children in the classroom - that may include cupcakes, parental rights resolution, teachers and staff rights resolution, promotion of patriotism policy, and the book notification policy.

Chris is a husband, a Dad, a sound businessman, and a friend. There are more wins to be accomplished! We need Chris Daniels sitting at the table with us. I ask that you join me and support Chris Daniels for School Board District 7!”

    ~ Marcus Hill

  • Personal Endorsement - Matthew Holbrook

“Last year, I joined the school board race because I saw decisions being made that didn’t stand for our community. Things were out of control with career administrators taking orders from Richmond, not Bedford. We can’t sit on the sidelines and pray someone else will stand up, we must be the hands and feet. We have to stand boldly for our children.

This past February, myself along with three other board members voted to appoint Chris Daniels. Many of the problems that face us today are the same ones that have plagued us over the last 30 years. I voted for someone who was not a part of the school system, but one with real world experience.

Together Chris can help us restore common sense in the classroom and fix our buildings without raising taxes. The success Chris has accomplished in the private sector gives him the wisdom to face the long list of needs before us.

We have experienced significant victories since his appointment. Chris deserves much of the credit for policies that he has crafted and passed restoring the public trust and leading to an increased student enrollment. He has put policy into action for teachers and parents and worked well with the administration.

As a lifelong resident of Bedford County, I proudly endorse Chris Daniels. He has earned my trust by keeping his word and acting with integrity. Those qualities are hard to find and even harder to replace. Vote Chris Daniels November 8.”

    -Matthew Holbrook

  • Personal Endorsement - Dywane Nelms

"I am happy to announce that I personally endorse Mr. Chris Daniels for District 7 School Board. Chris was instrumental in serving his community last year when teachers, students and parents needed him most. Since that time, I have had the pleasure of serving beside him and watching him tirelessly serve others behind the scenes without recognition.

Chris was there during my election last year and he was there for me and my family after the election, long before this seat became available. He is now family. There’s talk going around about how he isn’t from here. Take it from this native Bedford resident, he is in touch with Bedford County and, in my opinion, he is exactly what Bedford County needs. District 7 is blessed to have a father of BCPS children offering a fresh perspective and fresh ideas.

There is no doubt that he is passionate about making our schools and community better for Bedford County. Chris is a good friend but I am personally endorsing him because of his actions and accomplishments, not friendship. If you haven’t learned about all his accomplishments, then I suggest you do so before November 8th.

For years we many have voted for friends in a type of buddy system and that has come with a huge cost. Our kids went without sports, our kids weren’t allowed to have lunch with family members, and worst of all our children have suffered a huge learning loss. It’s time we stop voting based on who has lived here the longest or what last name they have. It’s time we vote for someone who has proven himself himself in the role being sought and is willing to stand up for our children if that time comes again.

As Dr. Benjamin Carson said, “Success is determined not by whether or not you face obstacles, but by your reaction to them. And if you look at these obstacles as a containing fence, they become your excuse for failure. If you look at them as a hurdle, each one strengthens you for the next.”

    -Dwyane Nelms

  • Personal Endorsement - Wendell Johnson

    “Bedford is Important!

As many of you know, I grew up on corner of College and Peaks and can explain why this election cycle is being made deliberately confusing. The forces arrayed against us Trump Republicans in the SB7 part county are deceptive: 1. Some claim to be Republicans who are not [what is a woman brigade, who openly celebrated Biden victory] = sneaky. 2. Posting of signs on hwy right of way near our Republican signs, pretense of association = sneaky. 3. False claims also afoot concerning board = sneaky.

Bottom line is you need to support the Republican endorsed candidate, Chris Daniels. Perhaps you consider friendship more important than our country, I do not. I have personally placed hundreds of signs in this county, where did the Whitehurst signs show up first? Democrat yards, you know this, I know this.

God is not the author of confusion, food for thought as you cast vote for Chris Daniels School Board 7.”

Wendell K. Johnson, descendent of Powhatan, resident Bedford County

  • Ann Parker

“It's with great honor and confidence that I, Ann Parker of the Campbell County School Board, give my dull endorsement of Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board, District 7.

I met Chris during the campaign season of 2021 in Bedford County, as he supported his fellow Conservative School Board Members win their elections.

Soon after the elections, a position opened on the School Board for a short term appointment. Chris stepped up, and with immense support from the Bedford County Community, Chris won the appointment.

While serving as District 7's School Board Member, Chris has co-sponsored policies and sits on subcommittees that are making positive changes that benefit the whole of Bedford County Schools.

Chris Daniels has proven his dedication and commitment to Bedford County and I encourage everyone to vote Chris Daniels for School Board this November.

-Ann Parker, Campbell County School Board

  • Chris Faraldi

“Chris Daniels has precisely demonstrated to me what an engaged parent and citizen should look like, prioritizing those who he represents and the values that define them.

As we look into the future, we need more people just like Chris who will answer the call and serve in public office. Seeing his passion and drive for the parents, students, and staff of Bedford and their school system, it was an easy decision to endorse his candidacy.

To my good neighbors of Bedford County, please consider joining me in support of Chris Daniels for School Board.”

    Respectfully,

    -Chris Faraldi, Lynchburg City Council

  • Jeff S. Helgeson

“As a member of Lynchburg City Council, I am proud to endorse Chris Daniels for School Board for District 7 in Bedford County Public Schools. The issues that are important to Chris, are issues that have been at the forefront of my work in public services for the last 20 years. We stand together for policies that support and promote the Constitution, individual rights and freedoms, and uphold the values upon which our great nation was founded."

    -Jeff Helgeson, Lynchburg City Council

  • Darren Post

“It is with great pleasure that I endorse Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board, District 7. For far too long this nation's education system has steeped in the kettle of far-left ideology. This ideology has deeply taken root throughout our education system, and now our children, our sacred inheritance, are rebelling against the great ideals and morals upon which this nation was founded.

The election of Governor Youngkin was an excellent first step to restoring our education system, but more action must be taken. I trust that Chris Daniels, an America First Conservative, will fight tirelessly and aggressively for the benefit of our children, just as he fights for his own. More importantly, Chris Daniels will NEVER stop fighting for our children. Chris Daniels is leading the charge in stamping out deeply-rooted leftist ideology within the Bedford County education system.

As America First Conservatives, we must support Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board, District 7. It is imperative we elect Chris Daniels on Election Day.

Crawl over broken glass if you must, but get out and vote on November 8.”

-Darren Post - The School Board of Gloucester County

  • Jill Turgeon-Turrill

“Parents everywhere are paying closer attention to school board races.  As a former member of the Loudoun County School Board (2012-2019), I am also watching closely, not just the races in my own county, but counties all across the Commonwealth.  People all across the Commonwealth have been watching Bedford County promote conservative policies that focus on education, placing parents and teachers first and solidifying their commitment to each student’s success.  While many candidates will say they are courageous to stand up to authoritarian rule, Chris Daniels has consistently proven he has the courage and ability to do so in all circumstances. Chris is fully engaged in his community, with boots on the ground, proactively working to pass policy to keep the focus on education, and not social issues. If you wish to preserve the great attributes of Bedford County, while protecting it from policies approved recently in other areas, such as Loudoun County, vote Chris Daniels for School Board.  Chris has my full support and endorsement and I am proud of all his accomplishments on the board.

Please, protect Bedford from becoming like your neighbors in Northern Virginia.”

-Jill Turgeon-Turrill, Former Loudoun County School Board Member Vice-Chair (2012-2019)

  • Cheryl Facciani

“I am honored to endorse Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board in District 7.

The future success of our great country hinges on education. It is foundational to everything we hold dear. From curriculum to budgets and everything in between. Many institutions have turned against our core values. We have said no more! Governor Youngkin and Governor DeSantis have taken up this mantle.

To see this vision through to the end we must elect men like Chris Daniels. He loves God and family. He wants to see our children and our country thrive to its fullest potential. His success on November 8th is key to victory county wide."

For the people, by the people,
    - Cheryl Facciani, Roanoke County School Board

  • Vicky Manning

“I proudly endorse Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board District 7. School boards in the Commonwealth don’t need more administrators. They need successful business people with financial wisdom and insight. They need courageous leaders able to tackle the issues ahead of us. As one of the few conservative voices on the VA Beach School board, I know what it takes to stand for truth and reason in the face of darkness.

The policies that Chris has championed while on the board should be modeled around the Commonwealth. Vote Chris Daniels, and bring a friend.”

    Your kids, your choice!

  • Willie Deutsch

“As a former Conservative School Board member in Prince William County and current candidate, I proudly endorse Chris Daniels for the Bedford County District 7 School Board seat.

As a leader in the movement for parental rights policies in Prince William County, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of electing school board members who will fight for parents voices to be heard. Chris Daniels is that candidate, which is why I am happy to offer my endorsement.”

My years of service on this board and lobbying in Richmond on education issues has given me a keen sense of what is needed in school boards across the Commonwealth.

I fully support Chris Daniels for the Bedford County School Board in District 7. His courage and clarity are just the thing needed to get the job done. He is a man aware of the times we are in and the issues that need to be prioritized.

Engaging in the local governing process has never been more important. From election boards to school boards, We the People must stand together to protect our core values and founding principles. • Laura Hughes

“Chris Daniels is a father of four, small business owner, and is engaged in his community.

During my tenure as a School Board member, I have noticed that school divisions are increasingly excluding parents from education.

Chris will fight alongside parents and demand transparency and a quality education.

I proudly endorse Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board.”

-Laura Hughes, Virginia Beach School Board

  • Dennis Barlow

Dennis Barlow, Shenandoah School Board , retired Army colonel, and professor of military history at Princeton University.

“It is my honor to endorse Chris Daniels for the Bedford County School Board in District 7.

As a retired Army colonel who worked at the Pentagon as a planner on the Joint Chiefs of Staff and as the director in the Special Operations Directorate in the office of the Secretary of Defense, I know what it takes to work under pressure. Our country is in a dark place, education is the key that picks the lock. As our forefathers stood against the tyrants across the pond, now we must stand unified to protect our values.

The era of political indoctrination is in full swing and I want to return our schools to quality objective teaching. Chris shares these values. He is a man of courage ready to stand for Bedford and the commonwealth as we lead the renaissance in public education.

Chris is the only candidate that will take action to restore the values we hold dear to our children.

Bring your neighbors, bring your church and vote for Chris Daniels November 8”

    In God we Trust

    -Dennis Barlow, Shenandoah School Board

  • Melissa Anderson

“I joined the education movement like so many other parents and patriots who realized public education had gone off the rails. Radical gender and sexual philosophy are a poison to America. The progressive movement has moved effortlessly through our institutions for the past 30 years. The time to stand up is now. We the people have had enough.

As a conservative board member in Orange County, VA, we are close enough to DC to smell the stench. Elite ruling class of educators have betrayed the people of VA. The work ahead of us will not be easy, but it is vital to restore and protect American, and our children and our founding fathers’ values.

I proudly endorse Chris Daniels for Bedford County, District 7 school board. We have had the chance to collaborate together regarding education. Conservative school board members are the best allies for our movement to continue.

Join us and vote for Chris Daniels November 8 . We need to protect our children and the time to stand is now. God Bless.”

-Melissa Anderson , Orange County School Board

  • Kip Parsons

“It is my pleasure to endorse Chris Daniels for Bedford County School Board in District 7.

My path on the Russell County School Board has been one marked with endurance and courage. These are two traits that Chris and I share. Passively enjoying our freedom is no longer an option. We the people must engage in the governing process. Local elections matter! I’m proud to partner with him as we restore common sense, virtue and excellence back to VA public education!"

-Kip Parson, Russell County School Board

  • Bob Gibson

Conservative School Board Member Bob Gibson proudly endorses Chris Daniels as the best choice for Bedford County Public School Board’s District 7 seat. Bob led Russell County, VA to be the first school board to reject the VA Transgender Model and believes we don’t co-parent with the government.

Watch the interview where Bob Gibson, Russell County School Board member, shares how his school board unanimously rejected Virginia’s transgender school policy even after the Virginia Department of Education threatened consequences.

    “I support Chris because…

    • He believes parental rights are given by God and should be a priority in education.

    • He believes in the greatness of America and has lead the charge to implement the Promotion of Patriotism Week where every school will talk about the importance of America and our founding documents.

    • He is an advocate for protecting female sports and the safety of our children in there most private spaces.

    • He has already experienced many of the issues he will face on the school board as a successful businessman. Including budgeting, personnel, process improvement and leadership skills.

i was elected by the people of this community and I intend to stand up to protect every kid and do the will of the people of Russell County—and not that of an overreaching state government. The most important thing we can do is protect every kid and to provide them with a safe and secure place to learn."

    - Bob Gibson, Russel County School Board
